Educational infrastructure: offline learning

As part of the restoration of educational facilities, a separate project created two anti-radiation shelters (PRU) on the basis of the Railway Lyceum and School No. 90.

This allowed to restore offline learning for over 1,200 students.The project was implemented within two separate estimates.

In the summer of 2025, the direction of the restoration of the city infrastructure was transferred to of the Department of Housing and Communal Services within the framework of the Reconstruction Office created with the support of the UNHCR.
